What data I collect

This website stores no data. When you send the audit form, your details go straight to my email through Resend, an email delivery service, and are kept only in my mailbox. You can send them via WhatsApp instead if you prefer. I receive what you fill in: name, email, phone, property location and features, income and goals.

What I use it for

• Answering your request and preparing the audit or proposal (basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, and consent).
• Performing the services contract, if you sign one.
• Meeting legal obligations, including tax.

Who I share it with

Only providers needed for the service (for example a partner accountant for the tax review, with your agreement) and authorities where the law requires it. Resend (which delivers the form email), WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider process messages under their own policies. I never sell data.

How long I keep it

Requests that don't lead to a contract: up to 24 months after last contact. Client data: for the contract term plus the legal retention period for tax records (10 years).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Cookies

With your consent, this site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure which ads bring visits and enquiries: pages viewed, use of the tools, and clicks on WhatsApp, email or the form. Meta processes this data under its own policy, as joint controller for the collection. Without your consent, nothing is sent to Meta. I use no other analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
